The way we deal with the pain creates suffering the difficult emotions and thoughts, the unpleasant memories , unwanted urges the fear of rejection, disapproval and unfinished businesses . I believe therapy is the door the path the journey of becoming aware of our choices knowing who we are and become more in touch with our real self. We put limitation on our selves we are capable of creating new patterns and most of our difficulties are related to having fears limited belief system and unawareness. The goal of therapy is to become more aware of our present problems and any that arise tomorrow next year learning self support and being truly aware of every thought and emotions being able to make choices finding new directions and how do we want to live this life in peace or being in pain and suffering constantly .
